Each CJM consists of a User persona, Stages (sometimes it called Steps or Phases) and Sections.
Cells inside sections are of various types.

- Choose Persona.
- Set Format:
- Project title,
- Document creation date.
- Original size,
- Custom size.
Create a new CJM
Here is what you need for creating new CJM:
- Go to Project Desktop,
- Click on the button Add new CJM,
- Specify the name of your CJM (you can change it later),
- On the opened screen, choose how you want to work with the CJM – create by yourself or use a premade template.
Change the CJM’s name
The name of the CJM is set while creating process.
If you want to change the CJM’s name, use the drop-down menu on the top left bar. Select the CJM, hover over its name and click on the pencil icon. Edit the CJM’s name in the appeared window and apply the changes.
Duplication is available on paid subscription plans only.
To duplicate a CJM, use the drop-down menu on the top left bar. Select the CJM, hover over its name and then click on the duplicate icon.
To delete a CJM, use the drop-down menu on the top left bar. Select the CJM, hover over its name and then click on the basket icon. You will need to confirm, because this action can’t be undone later.Read more
Customer Journey Map (CJM) is a powerful tool that allows you to create User Experience of a specific segment of your target audience. Structure useful information, channels of communication, the motivation of users and their emotional response within the CJM to reveal as much empathy as possible and improve the product with new insights.
