When should I pay for the selected service plan?
After the end of the trial period, you will be asked to choose a specific service plan, confirm your personal data, make a payment and then, you can continue working!
If I pay for the year in advance, will there be an additional discount?
Yes, if you pay for a year in advance, you can save 15%!
What happens when the trial period is over? Will I be charged?
No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front, so we can’t charge you until you decide you want to purchase FlowMapp. You’re always in control. At any time during the trial period, or when the trial is over, you can decide what you want to do. If you want to continue, we’ll ask for your credit card then. If not, no problem — you can continue working only on one project at a time for free.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept the following payment types:
- Credit/debit cards (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, UnionPay),
At this time, we do not accept wire transfers, money orders, bitcoins, or Maestro cards.
I’m from the EU, do I have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?
That depends if you’re buying as a company or as an individual. As an EU company, simply enter your VAT ID number during checkout to deduct the VAT from your order. However, if you’re buying FlowMapp as an EU citizen, you’ll be required to pay VAT.
What happing with my projects after cancel account?
If you have more than 1 Project after downgrading (cancel subscription), you will be asked to archive Projects and leave only 1 on your choice to continue working on a FREE plan (only 1 active Project allowed). You would be able to get back to archived Projects when you will upgrade account again.
