Will I be charged when the trial period is over?

No, you won’t be charged.

We don’t ask for your credit card upfront, so we can’t charge you until you decide. You’re always in control. At any time during the trial period, or when the trial is over, you can decide what you want to do. If you decide not to purchase, no problem — you can continue working on a free account.

I’m from the EU, do I have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?

That depends if you’re buying as a company or as an individual. As an EU company, simply enter your VAT ID number during checkout to deduct the VAT from your order. However, if you’re buying FlowMapp as an EU citizen, you’ll be required to pay VAT.

What happens to my projects if I cancel paid subscription?

You can still work regularly until your paid period is over (month or year). Then you will be asked to archive all Projects except only 1 on your choice to continue working on a FREE plan (1 active project allowed).

No worries, you would be able to get back to archived Projects after upgrading the account again. All your data is safe.
